This award is based on documented, measurable performance throughout the Cryptic year and reflects a leader who has not only fulfilled the duties of the office but has elevated the effectiveness and impact of their Council.

Demonstrated the successful conduct of regularly scheduled Council assemblies, with documented agendas, strong attendance, and active participation of Companions.

Administrative and Financial Compliance
Achieved 100 percent compliance with all Grand Council requirements, including the accurate and timely submission of reports, returns, and per capita obligations.

Membership Growth and Retention
Exhibited measurable success in strengthening the Council through membership growth initiatives, restoration of Companions, or sustained retention of existing membership.

Cryptic Masonry Education and Ritual Excellence
