Terrell D. Hicklin Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Masons, Washington Jurisdiction (P.H.A.), was established on January 15, 2025 (Masonic Year 2024-2025), under the auspices of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Washington and Jurisdiction, with the Honorable Terrell D. Hicklin, the 50th Grand Master, serving as its cornerstone leader. Under the Grand Master’s vision and authority, his appointed representative initiated the formal establishment of the Grand Chapter, securing an Under Dispensation (UD) from the Most Excellent St. Andrew Grand Chapter, Holy Royal Arch Masons, P.H.A., Jurisdiction of Indiana.

With the Dispensation in place, three Chapters were instituted:

➢ Headquarters Chapter UD – Seattle, Washington
➢ Tribes of Israel Chapter UD – Germany
➢ Earl Newton Chapter UD – South Korea

These foundational Chapters embodied the global reach and diverse membership of the Washington Jurisdiction, symbolizing a commitment to expand the Capitular Rite both domestically and abroad. 

On April 24, 2025, the Most Excellent St. Andrew Grand Chapter, Holy Royal Arch Masons, P.H.A., Jurisdiction of Indiana granted full rights and Charters to the newly formed Grand Chapter, formally recognizing it as the Terrell D. Hicklin Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Masons, Washington Jurisdiction. This milestone marked the culmination of diligent efforts and unwavering dedication by its leadership and members.

That same day, the Most Excellent Grand High Priest, James B. Gilbert III, KYGCH, officially granted Charters to the three original Chapters, now recognized as:

➢HQ. Chapter No. 1 – Washington State
➢Tribes of Israel Chapter 2 – Kaiserslautern, Germany
➢ Earl Newton Chapter 3 – Pyeongtaek, South Korea

On July 12, 2025, Most Excellent Grand High Priest, James B. Gilbert III, granted Charters to 6 additional Chapters:
➢ Ezra Chapter No. 4 – Tokyo, Japan
➢ King Hiram Chapter No.5 – Everett, Washington
➢ Triple Tau Tacoma Chapter No. 6 – Tacoma, Washington
➢ Phinehas Chapter 7 – Doha, Kuwait
➢ Aaron Chapter No. 8 – Manama, Bahrain
➢ Enoch Chapter No. 9 – Dubai, U.A.E

On November 20, 2025, Most Excellent Grand High Priest, James B. Gilbert III, granted a Charter to:

➢ Torii Gate Chapter No. 10 – Okinawa, Japan

Through this formalization, each Chapter received full authority to operate under the Terrell D. Hicklin Grand Chapter Holy Royal Arch Masons, Washington Jurisdiction (P.H.A.), securing their rightful place within the global Prince Hall Masonic community.
