This distinguished honor recognizes a Deputy who has demonstrated exceptional ability in supporting Constituent Councils, enforcing Grand Council standards, and advancing the mission and effectiveness of the Alpha Omega Illustrious Grand Council, Royal & Select Masters, Washington Jurisdiction, P.H.A.

This award is reserved for those Deputies who lead with purpose, execute with precision, and serve as a direct extension of the Grand Council through active engagement, accountability, and results-driven leadership.

Basis for Recognition

This distinction is awarded based on documented, measurable performance throughout the year, reflecting the Deputy’s effectiveness in leadership, communication, compliance, and support to Constituent Councils within his District.

Award Criteria

• District Oversight & Engagement
  Demonstrated consistent communication and engagement with all Constituent Councils, including regular attendance, visitations, and active support.
• Compliance & Accountability
  Ensuring that Councils within the District meet all Grand Council requirements, including timely submission of reports, returns, and financial obligations.
• Leadership & Guidance
  Providing clear direction, mentorship, and leadership to Thrice Illustrious Masters and Council officers, resulting in improved performance and operational effectiveness.
• Growth & Stability of Councils
  Supporting membership retention, leadership development, and the overall health and sustainability of Councils within the District.
• Program Implementation & Support
  Effective execution and enforcement of Grand Council programs, initiatives, and directives within the District.
• Communication & Reporting
  Maintaining accurate, timely, and professional communication with the Grand Council, including submission of required reports and updates.
• Problem Solving & Intervention
  Proactively identifying challenges within Councils and implementing corrective actions that result in measurable improvement.
