Administrative and Financial Compliance
Achieved 100 percent compliance with all Grand Council reporting requirements, including the timely and accurate submission of returns, reports, and financial obligations.

Membership Growth and Retention
Demonstrated measurable growth through new Companion recruitment, restoration efforts, or sustained retention of membership, reflecting a healthy and thriving Council.

Cryptic Masonry Education and Ritual Excellence
